As a Case Manager, you now have two methods for adding a named offender to reports post-submission.

In cases where a named offender has been manually recorded in reports submitted via Open Reporting and Manual Intake, but isn't linked to your employee directory, you can now connect them to the report. This ensures tracking of named offender data in your Insights or Integrity Intelligence dashboard.

You can also choose to select an internal employee from the directory or provide an external employee's written name in all instances where you identify a named offender not already provided while managing the case.

If you choose to provide the name of an external offender, the data will be tracked in your insights within the Unknown category.

If an assigned Case Manager is identified as the named reporter by another Case Team Member, they will be required to reassign this individual away from the case before being able to add them to the report. We also ensure the report is no longer visible to a Super Admin should they be identified as the named offender.

By adding a named offender to a report after it’s been submitted, you’ll be able to increase the quality of the insights pulled into your Insights or Integrity Intelligence dashboard, as you will be able to draw from data submitted via Open Reporting and Manual Intake as well as the Mobile App.
