As an Admin or Super Admin (see the permissions breakdown here), you’ll have access to one of two data views inside the Resolution Hub. Depending on the plan you have with Vault, you’ll either see Vault Insights or Integrity Intelligence.

Integrity Intelligence
With Integrity Intelligence, you’ll have access to two dynamic data views, both with interactive & customizable graphs which can be downloaded & shared with your wider team, whenever you need.
These new interactive data views can help you focus your attention on the areas within your organization that need it, saving you time, money & resources.
With Integrity Intelligence you’ll be able to:
Customize your integrity action plans for every pocket of your business – no matter the complexity of your organization.
Optimize & plan based on the performance of your whistleblowing process across each of your different locations or teams.
Data views are customizable by filtering on location, timeframe, department & category, allowing you to slice & dice the data in any way you need to. Both views allow you to report your integrity progress to internal & external stakeholders in a variety of ways.

In this data view, track & monitor the type & number of offends in each department & monitor the trend of whistleblowing insights over time.
Ethics operations
Optimize your resolution process by tracking the time it takes to resolve reports of misconduct, look at patterns & trends in resolution & substantiation to help inform you & your team on areas that need your attention & analyze the speak-up intake methods that best support your workforce + organizations.
Vault Insights
All customers of Vault gain access to Vault Insights, which surfaces high-level data within your organization. You’ll be able to get a topline view of the data, & whilst you won't be able to slice & dice the data through filters, you will be able to view comparisons across time.
As with Integrity Intelligence, we surface data based on the information of the named offender, & where this is unknown, the data falls into the data set termed unknown.

In both Vault Insights & Integrity Intelligence, as soon as you receive your first report into Vault, you’ll be able to begin uncovering in-depth data from your data views.
