Open Reporting was created as an alternative way from the mobile app to allow you to raise concerns. Available on a web browser, Open Reporting allows you to seamlessly report misconduct whilst still offering you the anonymity that comes with the app.
Creating a Report
Select Create New Report.
Select your relationship with the company e.g. current employee.
Select a record type that will relate to your case (you can click the ? icon to see a description).
Proceed with the series of seven questions, answering to the best of your ability.
Decide whether you want to stay anonymous or provide your identity. To remain anonymous, simply click Next when prompted for your email. If you wish to be identifiable, enter your email address.
Create a password that's easy to remember.
Solve the math puzzle.
Click Submit.
If you've chosen to go anonymous, please copy the Vault ID to a place where you can easily access it. This will be your username when logging back into the report.
