Who can access reports

Written by Tori Reichman

When you send a report, you can select how much information about you – and when – is disclosed. By default, Vault offers three ways of sending reports.

Important note: Depending on your organization’s settings, you may not have access to all the options.

Vault includes the following disclosure settings:

  • Go Ahead – Select this option when you want to disclose your identity with the report.

  • Go Anonymous – Select this option to send the report anonymously.

  • Go Together – Select this option if you want to send the report as part of a larger group. Vault holds your report until another person names the same perpetrator in their report by another person, then sends it as part of a group report.

Regardless of the way you send the report, the team working on your case can always send you direct messages during their investigation. When you select Go Anonymous, messaging the case team does not impact your anonymity.

The case team consists of two individuals designated by your employer, typically members of the HR team.
