If a user hasn’t received their invite email or if their organization code is no longer valid, the user should log into the mobile app and select Get a new code from the Getting Started page.
Users will be asked to confirm the email address originally used to invite them, and if an active invite exists for that email address, they will receive a new organization code via email, enabling them to complete their registration.
If they are not receiving any emails from Vault and spam folders have been checked, please reach out to our technical support team who will be able to assist further!
