We've recently refreshed our cases page to help you navigate through report and case details more swiftly. All the information you need is still available, just presented in a more user-friendly way.
What's Changed?
You'll notice that all the information is now streamlined in a vertical format, allowing you to seamlessly scroll through the case. At the top of the page, you still have access to the case lead, case status, category, dates, and named offender.
Below, you can navigate between the report, your workspace, and the audit log, as well as download the report and view/send messages.
Finally, you can expand the reporter's details and view information pertaining to the report, allowing you to access all necessary information in a concise and organised manner.
