If you forget your password for the Resolution Hub, you can reset it at any time using the self-service password reset flow.
Steps to reset your aassword
Navigate to app.vaultplatform.com
Enter the email address associated with your account and click Next
Select Forgot your password? and re-enter your email address
Check your inbox for an email with the subject line “Password Reset”
Click Reset Password, or copy and paste the link into your browser
Enter and confirm your new password
Click Reset Password to complete the process
