How can I update an employee's details or permissions

Permissions can be managed directly from the Resolution Hub

To update an existing employee account in Vault, such as changing an employee's email address, modifying their employee ID, or updating their permissions for access to the Resolution Hub, follow these steps:

  1. Select Users > Manage Users from the left navigation menu.

  2. Find the user you want to modify and select their row, then choose Edit user from the available options at the top right of the page.

  3. Once inside the user's profile, make the necessary adjustments to their details and save the updated record.
