Permissions can be managed directly from the Resolution Hub

You have the capability to edit employee details at an individual level. This is particularly useful when you need to make changes such as updating an employee's email address, modifying their employee ID (referred to as EID), or granting elevated permissions for access to the Resolution Hub.

  1. Select Users & Groups from the left navigation menu.

  2. Click on Manage Users.

  3. Locate the specific user you want to modify and click on the three dots at the end of their row.

  4. Choose Edit from the available options.

  5. Within the user's profile, make the necessary adjustments to their details.
