Translating Report Details in the Resolution Hub.
Translating a report is a temporary change, and in no way alters the contents of the report.
To translate reports within a case:
Access the Case.
Open any event: Click on the event-id to view that event's details.
Translate the event: Click on "Translate event details."
Select Language: Choose your desired language from the dropdown menu.
Confirm Translation: Click "Confirm" to view the translated report.
Audit log: Each translation action is logged, recording the use and the translation language, ensuring transparency and maintaining the integrity of the original report.
Translating Reporter Messages
To translate messages exchanged with the reporter:
Access Messages: Within the case, click on "Message Reporter" to view the conversation.
View Original Messages: Messages will appear under the 'Original' tab in their submitted language.
Translate Messages: Click on the 'Translated' tab to view messages translated into your browser's default language.
To streamline the process, you can enable automatic translations for messages.
Access Profile Settings: Click on your profile icon and select "Case Settings."
Enable Auto-Translation: Toggle the auto-translation feature to activate automatic translations for all messages.
