VaultTalk is a direct, safe, and accessible voice reporting channel for employees to speak up, report workplace misconduct or ask their organisation a question.

How to submit a report through VaultTalk

  1. Call your organisation's VaultTalk phone number

  2. Select a preferred language from the available options

  3. Simply respond to the questions read aloud to you

You can opt to submit your report anonymously at the start of the call, and skip questions as you choose.

If you choose to report anonymously, your responses will only be used to transcribe your answer and no one will have access to the verbal recordings.

What happens after you submit?

If you called from a mobile phone, you will be sent an SMS containing confirmation of submission and further details on how to log in to Vault.

Logging in to Vault will allow you to continue the conversation with a case manager if required, to provide additional evidence, and keep up to date with your report's progress.

If you forget your secure PIN at any time, simply call VaultTalk for your organisation and follow the PIN reset instructions.

Note: if you call from a landline or private number, you will be unable to follow up on your report at this time.
