After submitting a report, you'll automatically receive notifications when:
Your report status changes. For example, you'll be notified when the Case Team opens your report and updates it from "New" to "Read".
A member of the Case Team sends you a message via Vault's secure messaging feature.
A member of the Case Team closes your case.
You'll receive these push notifications directly, either in the mobile app or open-reporting, based on how you submitted it. You can also enable email notifications.
