Messaging reporters in Resolution Hub
The Resolution Hub allows you to message reporters in real time, even when they have submitted reports anonymously. Messaging can be used to gather additional information, provide instructions, or share updates with the reporter.
Sending a ressage
Open the relevant case
Ensure you are assigned to either as the Case lead or as Reported to
Select Message reporter and enter your message
Click Send Message
Best practices for messaging
Maintain anonymity where applicable. Avoid sharing or referencing identifying details such as names or email addresses.
Personalize messages where possible to reassure reporters that their concerns are being addressed.
Keep all communication within the Resolution Hub messaging feature so it is fully logged with the case record.
