How to set your availability to receive reports from the Mobile App

As a case manager, you can choose whether or not to appear as a case manager in the Vault application.

How-to

  1. Log into the Resolution Hub

  2. Click the circular button in the upper right hand corner of the screen

  3. Click on "report settings"

  4. Toggle on or off availability to receive reports as desired

Note

You will need to keep at least one super admin toggled on so that they can receive and reassign reports to your other case managers.
