Case manager availability settings

How to set your availability to receive reports

As a case manager, you can choose whether or not to appear as a case manager in the Resolution Hub.

How-to

  1. Log into the Resolution Hub

  2. Go to your Profile

  3. Select Settings

  4. Toggle on or off Case manager availability

Please note: You will need to keep at least one super admin toggled on so that they can receive and reassign reports to your other case managers.
