Tags help you organize and build up metadata on your cases inside the Resolution Hub.
Tags will allow you to associate cases with specific information, based on tags that you create. Tags can be created on anything from Disciplinary to Retaliation action, Priority to sensitivity level.
You can apply as many tags to a case as you find useful, using the same tag on one case or across multiple cases.
