Tags help you organize and build up metadata on your cases inside the Resolution Hub.

Tags will allow you to associate cases with specific information, based on tags that you create. Tags can be created on anything from Disciplinary to Retaliation action, Priority to sensitivity level.

You can apply as many tags to a case as you find useful, using the same tag on one case or across multiple cases.

Create a tag

  • Under the Administration section in the navigation bar, click Tags

  • Select a Tag type to create a tag within

  • Configure a tag type

    • Create unlimited tags within the tag type

    • Enable all tags you’d like selectable across cases

    • Set your tag type live

  • To remove an individual tag from being selectable on a case, simply turn off the enabled switch

    • If the tag is in use on a case, it will remain applied until removed from the case

  • Editing tags

    • Editing will update the tag instantly, and if in use, will update on all cases it is applied to

Using tags

  • To add a tag to a case, simply select the +Add Tag button at the top of the case

    • Select which tag you want to apply

  • You can remove a tag by pressing the x or by deselecting it from the dropdown menu

  • Applied Case tags will show in the case table

    • You can search and find all cases with a specific tag applied by using the search function on the case table
