Manage users with an HRIS integration

To manage your users via an automated sync with your HRIS system, Vault offers integrations with over 50 HRIS platforms.

Enable an HRIS integration

To set up an HRIS integration:

  1. Log in to the Vault Resolution Hub as an Admin or Super Admin

  2. Select Administration, then Configurations:

  3. Select the Manage HRIS button, and choose your HRIS provider:

  4. Log in to your HRIS provider with an administrator-level account:

  5. Follow the guided steps until connection success!

Important: once authenticated, please notify your Customer Success Manager or Technical Account Manager at Vault to complete the first sync.

Once syncing, Vault will continuously update our user records from your HRIS system each hour.

Field types requested

In order to successfully create a user record, Vault requests data corresponding to the follow fields in Vault:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Role

  • Department

  • Site

  • Country

  • Employee ID

  • Termination date
