To manage your Vault users with an automated sync to an HRIS system, Vault offers integrations with over 50 HRIS platforms via our partner Merge.
Enable an HRIS integration
To set up an HRIS integration:
Log in to the Vault Resolution Hub as an Admin or Super Admin
Select Administration, then Configurations:
Select the Manage HRIS button, and choose your HRIS provider:
Log in to your HRIS provider. You will need to use an account with admin level and appropriate permissions to enable this. If you do not have access to an account with the relevant permissions, please work with a member of your IT team who is able to do so:
Follow the guided steps until connection success!
Important: after authenticating your HRIS inside the Resolution Hub, please notify your Customer Success Manager or Technical Account Manager at Vault to complete the first sync.
Once syncing, Vault will continuously update our user records from your HRIS system each hour.
Field types requested
In order to successfully create a user record, Vault requests data corresponding to the follow fields in Vault:
Name
Email
Role
Department
Site
Country
Employee ID
Termination date
