Yes, choosing to add files as evidence to your report adds more detail and context to your case, which can help support the efficiency of resolution by your case manager. This is an optional part of the reporting process.
You can add evidence before or after submitting your report.
Uploading content or files about others is at your discretion, remember to respect their rights and adhere to any applicable laws.
Note: if you are submitting your report anonymously, and to maintain your (and others) identity, consider if the file contains any identifying information or metadata, such as name or email addresses.
We currently accept 29 different file types in Open Reporting + the Mobile App:

You can add up to 10 files at a time, with a size of up to 25MB per file. You will also be unable to add files to a report once it has been closed.
If you have any issues adding a file, ensure that it is under 25MB and an accepted file type as listed above.
