Saving a copy of your report

Copy and save the records you send.

You may want to save your own copy of any reports you send to always have access to a complete version for your records.

When you submit a report, your case manager may need to remove certain details to comply with regulation or internal policies. For example, attachments referencing personal data or certain details from the messages.

If you enable notifications, you will receive messages in the Vault app or to your email address if the case manager makes these changes.

To save your own copy, take screenshots of your report and save them in a secure place.
